Fashions Fade, Style is Eternal

Forget Op shops, markets and wading through Ebay to get a great Designer find - all of the hard work of ferreting through mountains of second hand fashion has been taken away. Miss Money Penny hand-prunes only the good designer gear and delivers it to you within a click.
Miss Money Penny is not a clearance store or DFO. Items are handpicked from independent sellers and only the most fabulous pre-owned designer womens clothing and accessories are selected. We are on online boutique or consignment store, not a mass clearance centre for things no-one wants. This means the hard work is taken out of searching for the buyer and sellers get to present their high quality items in a chic boutique environment without competeing with the clutter.
= Great Product for Buyers, Great Prices for Sellers!
Miss Money Penny offers a simple 'Buy Now' option along with Online Selling to get cash for your pre-bought (not neccessarily 'pre-loved') clothing and accessories. For Sellers - there is no risk selling on Miss Money Penny as there are NO LISTING FEES! If your item does not sell - you don't pay - simple as that. If you do sell, the commission is only 20% on the final price (unlike regular consignment store who charge around 50%!).
You can shop by designer, or type of clothing, accessories or just go to the Brand New or Just In section. It's easy!
Picky Picky Picky!
Miss Money Penny only wants customers to have the duck's guts of pre-owned fashion. That's why you can't upload just any old rag willy nilly. All items must past muster first via Miss Money Penny. So if it's something you wouldn't buy yourself, the condition is less than good and the brand is boring, passe, or just never there in the first place, please darlings, don't send it.
To be perfectly clear please check out our brands list. If you've got something great not listed, by all means enlighten me. In the mean time let's talk about some terminology around Secondhand Clothing...
Vintage: Fashion from past eras - old, old, old being Grandmas closet to disco 70's. Don't call it 'vintage' if it's from
last year...now please.
Thrift : Usually flea markets, charity storefronts like Salvo's, St Vinnies, Savers - cheap and anything goes
Consignment: More recent (1-2 years old ) fashion apparel and accessories in good /great condition. We're only interested in
this (but not the high commission rates most shops charge!)
Resale/Used/Secondhand: Could be any of the above. Beware as you only want the good gear!
Please enjoy shopping and be sure to check in with our resident stylist for tips and trends each week. Pretty soon your scene will be sorted and your wardrobe full of just the right basics and statement pieces.
